We do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped out. Please check the accuracy of your order upon receipt. Any errors or damaged items must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of your order.
For health and safety reasons, food and perishable products are not returnable or exchangeable except in cases in which an incorrect or damaged item was shipped.
To cancel your order before delivery and get refund, you can either:
Cancellation requests should be submitted before 11:59 pm on Friday.
After cut-off time cancellation
If a cancellation request was submitted after cut-off time, no money refund will be issued. The customer will be offered a store credit in the amount of their initial order except HST, delivery charge and a $15 late cancellation fee. After cut-off time, cancellation is only possible before the order is out for delivery.
